One of the more complicated installations. The logger operates in OEE2 mode and at the same time it is possible to count NOK or OK parts.
OEE2 & (OK or NOK) parts
The logger is traditionally connected to the machine under the OEE2 option and with a container for scraps or for ok parts. In this case we use all P1,P2,P3 I/O ports. The two ports P1 and P2 are bridged. The logger is completely isolated from the machine, so you must use a K1 and K2 relays. Often, instead of a K2, a contracton is connected to a shortage ejector. The principle is that total voltage isolation should be implemented for each signal.
