OEE & NOK parts
Normally, bad parts are reported on the LCD, but it is possible to count them automatically.
OEE
The logger is traditionally connected to the machine under the OEE option and with a container for scraps. In this case we only use two P1,P2 ports. The logger is completely isolated from the machine, so you must use a K1 and K2 relays. Often, instead of a K2, a contracton is connected to a shortage ejector. The principle is that total voltage isolation should be implemented for each signal.
